We kindly inform you that GPW Benchmark (the “GPWB”), pursuant to Management Board Resolution No. 156/2026 of 22 October 2026, has decided to exempt entities using WIBID and WIBOR benchmarks from the fees due for non-contractual using and applying in financial products or instruments (except for entities subject to the Rules for Granting Licences for the Use and Apply of Benchmark Indices in Debt Securities. The condition for benefiting from the exemption is that the entity using the WIBID and WIBOR benchmarks must notify to licencje@gpwbenchmark.pl by 31 December 2026 the fact of the non-contractual use of WIBID and WIBOR benchmarks.
