Zbigniew Minda - President of the Management Board

A graduate from the Warsaw University, Faculty of Law and Administration and from the University Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne, DEA Droit des Affaires. Prior to taking the position of the President of the Management Board, he has served as Director of the Financial Market Development Department in the Ministry of Finance, where he was responsible for the implementation of crucial EU directives such as BRRD, MCD, MIFID2, PSD2. He was working for many years for the National Bank of Poland where he dealt with the legal aspects of the official foreign reserves management transactions.

He participated in the initiatives aiming at improving financial literacy and removing barriers to the development of FinTech. He has actively supported a series of working groups including an inter-institutional working group on foreign exchange mortgage loans.

Aleksandra Bluj - Vicepresident of the Management Board

A graduate from the University of Economics in Krakow in the field of International Economic Relations. For many years associated with the financial sector. Prior to taking the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, she acted as Analysis and Strategy Manager at GPW Benchmark S.A..

Before joining GPW Benchmark S.A., she held positions in economic analysis and interest rate market strategy departments at Bank Pekao S.A. and PKO Bank Polski S.A. While working in the financial market, she was also associated with Ipopema Securities where she dealt with treasury and non-treasury debt securities trading.
