A graduate from the University of Economics in Krakow in the field of International Economic Relations. For many years associated with the financial sector. Prior to taking the position of the Vice President of the Management Board, she acted as Analysis and Strategy Manager at GPW Benchmark S.A.

Before joining GPW Benchmark S.A., she held positions in economic analysis and interest rate market strategy departments at Bank Pekao S.A. and PKO Bank Polski S.A. While working in the financial market, she was also associated with Ipopema Securities where she dealt with treasury and non-treasury debt securities trading. Dorota Parzyńska - Member of the Management Board

Attorney-at-law with more than 10 years of professional experience in the regulated sector, specializing in compliance, financial markets regulations and corporate risk management.

Her professional experience includes implementing key regulatory requirements, managing strategic regulatory projects and providing legal advice to corporate governing bodies. She has advised on projects concerning DORA compliance and the reform of benchmarks in Poland.

She has experience managing teams, leading regulatory projects and providing legal advice to management and supervisory boards.

She is a graduate of Lazarski University in Warsaw and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
