COMMUNIQUÉ OF GPW BENCHMARK S.A.

GPW Benchmark S.A. (the Administrator) has published the amended Rules of POLSTR Compound Indices Family (the Rules), which enters into force on 1 September 2025.

The changes introduced in the Rules consist in supplementing the element of the method with a procedure which, after the termination of the conditions in which the POLSTR index is not determined and in connection with the undetermined the indices belonging to the POLSTR Compound Indices Family, defines the rules for resuming the process of determining the values ​​of indices belonging to the POLSTR Compound Indices Family.

This change to the method does not constitute a material change to the POLSTR Compound Indices Method and does not affect the continuity of the Benchmarks in the context of the existing Financial Agreements and Financial Instruments indexed to the Benchmarks or used to measure the performance of the Funds.
