In connection with the information provided by the user regarding the use of WIG20lev and WIG20short benchmarks in financial products in order to ensure the security of trading and the interest of market participants, GPW Benchmark S.A. (Administrator) decided to change the date of cessation of determination of these indices from September 1, 2025 (as announced in the COMMUNIQUÉ of August 1, 2025) to January 2, 2026.

The Administrator, taking into account the consent of the Oversight Committee of Capital Market Benchmarks, decided to amend the Rules of the GPW Indices Family (the Rules), consisting in restoring the provisions of point 7.1–7.2 and 4.3.4., 4.3.5, which means continuing the determination of WIG20lev and WIG20short until December 30, 2025, which will be the last day of publication of these indices. 

Taking into account the above, the Administrator published:

- the amended the Rules, which will be effective from September 1, 2025.

- the amended Rules, which will be effective from January 2, 2026.
