Communique of GPW Benchmark S.A.

GPW Benchmark S.A. (the Administrator) publishes a new version of the Rules of WIRON Interest Rate Index (the Rules), which enters into force on 4 March 2024. The calculation of the WIRON interest rate index in accordance with the rules set out in the amended Rules and Regulations will take place on the next business day (5 March 2024).

The modification concerns the Rules for determining the Maximum Volume Threshold for a Single Transaction in the method of setting the WIRON interest rate index.

This change in the methodology does not constitute a material change in the methodology for the preparation of the WIRON interest rate index and does not affect the continuity of the Benchmarks in the context of the existing Financial Agreements and Financial Instruments indexed to the Benchmarks or used to measure the performance of the Funds.
