GPW Benchmark S.A. kindly informs that the Ministry of Finance introduced The white list of taxpayers constituting a free and electronic list of information on VAT taxpayers. Base on Clause 9.5 of the Agreement for Use of WIBID and WIBOR Reference Rates, the proper changes have been introduced to the template of appendix 2 of that Agreement. The changes enter into force on 1 January 2020.
