GPW Benchmark has completed works on the preparation of documentation adjusted to the EU Benchmark Regulation (BMR) necessary to submit the application for authorization to act as administrator of benchmarks in the meaning of the EU Benchmark Regulation (BMR), including critical benchmarks.

On the 6^th of December 2019 pursuant to point 28.3 of the Code of Conduct for WIBID and WIBOR Fixing Participants of November 30, 2017, the Administrator decided to amend the Code of Conduct for WIBID and WIBOR Fixing Participants of November 30, 2017. The amended Code of Conduct enters into force on the 4^th of February 2020.
