GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on September 11, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of GPWB-CENTR index.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of XTB company (ISIN PLXTRDM00011) will amount to 84,907,000.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of XTB company over EUR 250 million.
