GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on September 11, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG30, WIG30TR, mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-Poland, WIGdiv and WIGdivplus indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of XTB company (ISIN PLXTRDM00011) will amount to 4,500,000 in the WIGdivplus index and 84,907,000 in the remain of aforementioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of XTB company over EUR 250 million.

The above mentioned operation will be included in the September quarterly adjustment of the indices.
