GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on July 27, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment, under which SHOPER company (ISIN PLSHPR000021) will be removed from the sWIG80, sWIG80TR, WIG140, WIGdiv, WIGdivplus, WIGtechTR, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-IT indices.

Moreover, the lists of sWIG80, sWIG80TR and WIG140 indices will be supplemented with 6,496,000 shares of IMCOMPANY company (ISIN LU0607203980).

The removal of the SHOPER company's shares from the portfolios of the above-mentioned indices results from Resolution No. 1097/2026 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange dated July 22, 2026.
