GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on June 30, 2026, there
will be an annual revision concerning GPWB-CENTR index portfolio.

Index may include companies listed on the stock exchanges in Bratislava, Bucharest, Budapest, Ljubljana, Prague, Warsaw and Zagreb, whose average turnover value in the last six months before the ranking date on May 29, 2026, exceeded EUR 90 thous. and the number of free float shares was higher than 10%.

Weightings of companies in the GPWB-CENTR portfolio were determined on the basis
of the number of free float shares as at the ranking date, rounded to the nearest thousand while weighting of Erste Group Bank AG company listed on the Prague Stock Exchange was limited to 10%.
