GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on April 20, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of GPWB-CENTR index.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of ALLEGRO company (ISIN LU2237380790) will amount to 881,705,000.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of ALLEGRO company over EUR 250 million.
