GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on April 20, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG.MS-ECM indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of ALLEGRO company (ISIN LU2237380790) will amount to 853,095,000 in WIG.MS-ECM index and 881,705,000 in the remain of aforementioned

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of ALLEGRO company over EUR 250 million.
