GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on February 11, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140, WIG and WIG.MS-ECM indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of PEPCO company (ISIN NL0015000AU7) will amount to 210,990,000 in all of aforementioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of PEPCO company over EUR 250 million.
