GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on February 11, 2026 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of GPWB-CENTR index.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of PEPCO company (ISIN NL0015000AU7) will amount to 210,990,000.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of PEPCO company over EUR 250 million.
