GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 23, 2025 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-banking and WIG-Poland indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of BNPPPL company (ISIN PLBGZ0000010) will amount to 36,970,000 in all of aforementioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares  of BNPPPL company over EUR 250 million.
