GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 15, 2025 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG.MS-ECM and WIG-Poland indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of ALLEGRO company (ISIN LU2237380790) will amount to 717,376,000 in WIG.MS-ECM index and 795,575,000 in the remain of aforementioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of ALLEGRO company over EUR 250 million.

The above mentioned operation will be included in the December quarterly adjustment of the indices.
