GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 11, 2025 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of GPWB-CENTR index.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of SANPL company (ISIN PLBZ00000044) will amount to 42,205,000.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of SANPL company over EUR 250 million.
