GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on December 11, 2025 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-banking, WIGdivplus and WIG-Poland indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment, the number of shares of SANPL company (ISIN PLBZ00000044) will amount to 1.553.000 in WIGdivplus index and 42.205.000 in the remain of aforementioned indices.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of SANPL company over EUR 250 million.

The above mentioned operation will be included in the December quarterly adjustment of the indices.
