GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on April 14, 2025 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of GPWB-CENTR.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of CCC company (ISIN PLCCC0000016) will amount to 51,384,000.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of CCC company over EUR 250 million.
