Information regarding the correction of the announcement of October 25, 2024 regarding the exclusion of companies from the mWIG40/mWIG40TR and sWIG80/sWIG80TR indices after the inclusion of ZABKA company.

GPW Benchmark informs that in reference to the inquiries submitted to the Administrator regarding the exclusion of the company CLNPHARMA (ISIN PLCLNPH00015) from the mWIG40 and mwIG40TR indices and the company TARCZYNSKI (ISIN PLTRCZN00016) from the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices, an additional verification of the application of the provisions of the Rules of the GPW Indices Family in the scope of determining the prioritization of companies in terms of their qualifications and exclusion from the portfolios of individual indices was carried out.

In order to ensure the clarity of the actions taken after carrying out the above-mentioned analysis the Administrator decided to introduce a correction to the announcement of October 25, 2024. Information on this matter was published on October 28, 2024 before the start of the session.

Taking the above mentioned actions under consideration, the company GREENX (ISIN AU0000198939) will be removed from the mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices as part of an extraordinary correction instead of the company CLNPHARMA (ISIN PLCLNPH00015) after the trading session on October 29, 2024. The company GREENX will become a participant in the sWIG80, sWIG80TR and WIG140 indices with a package of 139,167,000 shares, and the company ACTION (ISIN PLACTIN00018) will be removed from their portfolios instead of the company TARCZYNSKI (ISIN PLTRCZN00016).
