Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on February 6, 2024 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and TIM company (ISIN PLTIM0000016) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-ESG and WIG-Poland indices.

TIM company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned index, because it’s free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on February 6, 2024:

• 38,610,000 shares of COGNOR company (ISIN PLCNTSL00014) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices COGNOR company will be replaced by 795,000 shares of CREOTECH company (ISIN PLCRTCH00017),
• 795,000 shares of CREOTECH company (ISIN PLCRTCH00017) will supplement WIG140 index,
• 19,691,000 shares of COGNOR company (ISIN PLCNTSL00014) will supplement WIG-ESG index.
