Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on September 7, 2023 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and KERNEL company (ISIN LU0327357389) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG, WIG-food, WIG-CEE and WIG-Ukraine indices.

KERNEL company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on September 7, 2023:

• 13,994,000 shares of TIM company (ISIN PLTIM0000016) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices TIM company will be replaced by 1,179,000 shares of XTPL company (ISIN PLXTPL000018),
• 1,179,000 shares of XTPL company (ISIN PLXTPL000018) will supplement WIG140 index,
• 17,886,000 shares of ARCTIC company (ISIN PLARTPR00012) will supplement WIG-ESG index.

In addition, taking into account the above changes, during the periodic adjustment of the indices after the session on September 15, 2023:

• portfolios of mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices will be supplemented with 121,720,000 shares of GREENX (AU0000198939),

• in the portfolios of sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices, GREENX will be replaced by OTLOG company (PLODRTS00017) with 4,009,000 shares.
