Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on August 31, 2023 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and STSHOLDING company (ISIN PLSTSHL00012) will be removed from the mWIG40, mWIG40TR, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG and WIG-Poland indices.

STSHOLDING company no longer meets criteria of the above mentioned indices, because it's free float is lower than 10%.

Additionally, following the trading session on August 31, 2023:

• 22,082,000 shares of ARCTIC company (ISIN PLARTPR00012) will supplement mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
• in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices ARCTIC company will be replaced by 20,551,000 shares of POLICE company (ISIN PLZCPLC00036),
• 20,551,000 shares of POLICE company (ISIN PLZCPLC00036) will supplement WIG140 index,
• 75,524,000 shares of CIGAMES company (ISIN PLCTINT00018) will supplement WIG-ESG index.
