GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on February 1, 2023 lists of WIG and WIG-Poland participants will be supplemented with 1,358,000 shares of SCPFL company (ISIN PLSCPFL00018).

SCPFL company’s shares were introduced to trading on GPW Main List on January 20, 2023 and fulfill criteria of the above mentioned indices.

Additionally, after session February 1, 2023 there will be extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80, sWIG80TR and WIG140 indices portfolios and MFO (PLMFO0000013) will be removed. Lists of participants in the above-mentioned indices will be supplemented with 1,358,000 shares of SCPFL (ISIN PLSCPFL00018).

The extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices portfolios results from IPO of SCPFL shares, for which the value of free-float shares on the first day of trading January 20, 2023 was at least 1.25% of the capitalization of the above-mentioned portfolios. 

The extraordinary adjustment of the WIG140 index portfolio is a consequence of the extraordinary adjustment of the sWIG80 index portfolio.
