GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on January 26, 2023 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140, WIG oraz WIG-ESG indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of PEPCO company (ISIN NL0015000AU7) will amount to:

• 159,405,000 in WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG140 and WIG indices;
• 143,464,000 in WIG-ESG index.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of PEPCO company over EUR 250 million.
