GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on November 14, 2022 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG and WIG-oil&gas indices.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of PKNORLEN company (ISIN PLPKN0000018) will amount to:

• 460,300,000 in WIG20 and WIG20TR indices,
• 438,690,000 in WIG and WIG-oil&gas indices.

Weightings of PKNORLEN company will be reduced to 15% in WIG20 and WIG20TR indices and to 10% in WIG index.

The number of shares of PKNORLEN company in WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-PET, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIGdiv and WIG-Poland will remain unchanged.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of PKNORLEN company over EUR 250 million.
