Communiqué

GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on November 4, 2022 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and PGNIG company (ISIN PLPGNIG00014) will be removed from the WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-PET, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-oil&gas indices.

Extraordinary adjustment of above mentioned indices is caused by merger of PGNIG S.A with PKN ORLEN S.A and entry into appropriate register.

Additionally, following the trading session on November 4, 2022:

• 17,364,000 shares of KRUK company (ISIN PLKRK0000010) will supplement WIG20 and WIG20TR indices,
• in mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices KRUK company will be replaced by 17,299,000 shares of ZEPAK company (ISIN PLZEPAK00012),
• in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR indices ZEPAK company will be replaced by 6,591,000 shares of ARCHICOM company (ISIN PLARHCM00016),
• 11,936,000 shares of BOGDANKA company (ISIN PLLWBGD00016) will supplement WIG30 and WIG30TR indices,
• 2,987,000 shares of UNIMOT company (ISIN PLUNMOT00013) will supplement WIG.MS-PET index,
• 6,591,000 shares of ARCHICOM company (ISIN PLARHCM00016) will supplement WIG140 index,
• 43,265,000 shares of AUTOPARTN company (ISIN PLATPRT00018) will supplement WIG-ESG index.
