GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on October 13, 2022 there will be an extraordinary adjustment of WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-PET, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG, WIGdiv, WIG-Poland and WIG-oil&gas.

As a result of this extraordinary adjustment the number of shares of PKNORLEN company (ISIN PLPKN0000018) will amount to:

• 431,355,000 in WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG140, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-oil&gas indices,
• 322,094,000 in WIG30 and WIG30TR indices,
• 299,209,000 in WIG-ESG index,
• 81,292,000 in WIG.MS-PET index,
• 44,495,000 in WIGdiv index.

Weightings of PKNORLEN company will be reduced to 10% in WIG30, WIG30TR, WIGdiv and WIG-ESG indices and to 40% in WIG.MS-PET index.

The extraordinary adjustment results from the increase in the number of free float shares of PKNORLEN company over EUR 250 million.
