Communiqué

In connection with the resolution 811/2022 of the GPW of September 2, 2022, concerning EMONT company (PLEKTRM00016), GPW Benchmark withdraws from the operation of excluding the company from NCIndex, which was announced in the communiqué on September 1, 2022.

According to the GPW announcement, resolution 808/2022 of August 31, 2022 on the specific marking of financial instruments and the qualification to the NewConnect Alert segment has been repealed and therefore the premise concerning the exclusion of the company from NCIndex has ceased to exist.
