GPW Benchmark announces that following the trading session on August 3, 2022 there will be an extraordinary adjustment and LOTOS company (ISIN PLLOTOS00025) will be removed from the WIG20, WIG20TR, WIG30, WIG30TR, WIG.MS-PET, WIG140, WIG-ESG, WIG, WIG-Poland and WIG-oil&gas indices.
Extraordinary adjustment of above mentioned indices is caused by merger of LOTOS S.A with PKN ORLEN S.A and entry into appropriate register.
Additionally, following the trading session on August 3, 2022:
- 9,650,000 shares of KETY company (ISIN PLKETY000011) will supplement WIG20 and WIG20TR,
- 12,728,000 shares of BUDIMEX company (ISIN PLBUDMX00013) will supplement WIG30 and WIG30TR,
- 7,862,000 shares of SERINUS company (ISIN JE00BNNMKT29) will supplement WIG.MS-PET,
- 5,150,000 shares of VOTUM company (ISIN PLVOTUM00016) will supplement WIG140,
- KETY company will be replaced by 18,601,000 shares of BNPPPL company (ISIN PLBGZ0000010) in mWIG40 and mWIG40TR indices,
- BNPPPL company will be replaced by 5.150.000 shares of VOTUM company (ISIN PLVOTUM00016) in sWIG80 and sWIG80TR index.
- 7,285,000 shares of BOGDANKA company (ISIN PLLWBGD00016) will supplement WIG-ESG.
