GPW Benchmark informs about the identification of an error in the formula for determining the adjustment coefficient for the calculation of the historical values of the WIG140 index.
On December 29, 2021, after the end of the Stock Exchange Session, the adjustment coefficient for the index will be modified. The adjustment is not a change to the method of the index.
From December 30, 2021, the index value will be calculated based on the modified and verified adjustment coefficient.
GPW Benchmark informs that due to the recalculation of the historical values of the WIG140 index, the central values of the index on December 20-29, 2021 are in line with the attached table:
